CSI Utility Sales, in partnership with Electroswitch, hosted a free Engineering Technology Seminar at the Lansing Lexington Hotel instructing participants on the basics of rotary and cam switches to the operation of a Lock-Out Relay. In the second half of the day, we demonstrated a few of Electroswitch's latest advancements including the Time Delay - Control Switch Relay (TD-CSR), the Serial Control Switch Relay (SCSR) and the Serial Lock-Out Relay (SLOR). You can click the link below to download the details behind the TD-CSR.

The training, conducted by Electroswitch's Regional Sales Manager Jim Guth, was well attended with nearly 30 participants from all over Michigan. Attendees included representatives from Black & Veatch, Commonwealth Associates, Lansing Board of Water & Light, Cloverland Electric Cooperative, Homeworks Tri-County Electric Cooperative, Hillsdale Board of Public Utilities and the electric departments from the cities of Eaton Rapids and Niles.

Starting with only six employees, Electroswitch was founded in 1946 in Weymouth, Massachusetts as a switch supplier to the military. Over the succeeding decades, the expertise acquired in designing and building rugged, high quality, mil-spec rotary switches was adapted to new product lines as the company expanded into the heavy duty Industrial and Electric Utility markets.

Today, Electroswitch's 65+ years of growth and success has taught them the keys to an even brighter future are centered on superior quality, rugged reliability, innovative solutions, and a dedication to outstanding customer service.
